The purpose of this form is to send your cancellation request. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to send this form.
Please fill in the form carefully in order to facilitate data processing.
The return of your product will be at your expense. The refund will be made upon receipt of your parcel.

Sending the form: You can fill in the form online, and we will notify you by email as soon as we receive it. You can also send us the withdrawal form by email, fax or registered post, with your signature and the date of sending (the date of the letter, email or fax will be taken as proof).
Returning products: You have a maximum of 14 days after your withdrawal request to send back the products concerned. Returned products must be in their original condition, with their original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products in their original condition. If the product has been used or is no longer suitable for resale, we reserve the right to refund only part of the product.
